Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to develop, maintain, and manage estimates, schedules, and change orders while supervising subcontractor performance under the guidance of a Project Manager.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects in North America. Qualified candidates bring a Bachelor’s in a construction-related field and 3–6 years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and 3–6 years’ experience in project management or project engineering.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and change orders on medium-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains estimates and budgets for assigned projects.
• Oversees change orders, client communication, and subcontractor performance.
• Monitors master schedule, critical path, and labor productivity; ensures on-budget project delivery.
• Ensures quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on site and in all documentation.
• Facilitates regular meetings with project team and subcontractors to coordinate activities.
