Job summary

Alberici Constructors is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee estimates, supervise subcontractor performance, and manage the billing process under the Project Manager. You will review costs, monitor labor productivity, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with the Vice President/Project Director.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in construction and 3–6 years of project engineering or PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry.
• 3–6 years’ experience in project engineering or construction PM.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage estimates and project plans.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and labor productivity; manage change orders.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure quality compliance.
• Support startup, billing processes, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with VP/PD/PM and senior estimators on project vision.
