Job summary

Alberici is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support budgeting, scheduling, and cost control for medium‑to‑large construction projects. The role involves managing estimates, change orders, and subcontractor performance under the direction of a Project Manager.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field and 3–6 years of PM or project engineering experience. Willingness to travel and coordinate with internal/external teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project engineering or construction PM.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, updates, distributes, and manages estimates.
• Monitors billing and cash flow to ensure timely payments.
• Supervises subcontractor performance and coordinates start‑up.
• Reviews costs against estimates for each total project.
• Conducts daily coordination meetings with the Superintendent and project team.
• Ensures quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.
