Alberici Constructors seeks an Assistant Project Manager to develop and manage estimates, monitor the Superintendent’s performance, and oversee change orders and billing. The role supervises subcontractor performance, ensures quality and regulatory compliance, and reviews costs against estimates to keep projects on budget.

The incumbent coordinates with the Project Manager, participates in start-up, and supports risk management while driving schedule adherence and cash flow across assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field required.
• 3–6 years of experience in project engineering or PM.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, updates, and manages estimates.
• Supervises subcontractor performance and change orders.
• Reviews costs against estimates and maintains labor productivity reports.
• Ensures on-budget project execution and timely billing.
