Job summary

Bulley & Andrews is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves planning, directing, coordinating, and budgeting activities for construction projects, while overseeing organization, scheduling and implementation.

The position will be based out of Indianapolis and requires collaboration with superintendents, foremen, and project teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. A strong background in construction management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related degree.
• 5 years of experience or equivalent level of education combined with experience.
• Knowledge of construction project management/accounting‑related software applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and budgeting activities for construction projects.
• Monitor and control projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget.
• Develop overall project schedule and manage throughout; establish objectives and procedures.
• Lead project meetings with owners, subcontractors, and stakeholders; manage RFI and submittal processes.
• Oversee project start up, permitting, CMIC management, and payment applications.
