Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support start-ups, subcontract administration, quality assurance, and field issue resolution on a range of construction projects in the Washington, DC area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
• 2–5 years of industry experience required.
• Procore proficiency required; experience with AutoCAD and Revit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with job start-up, project buy-out, and subcontract administration.
• Interpret drawings and implement quality assurance procedures.
• Resolve daily field issues and support the project superintendent with administrative tasks.
• Participate in project meetings (kick-offs, safety, scheduling).
• Assist with two‑week and four‑week look-aheads and safety walks.
