• Work to obtain all necessary permits as requested by PM.
• Review drawings and specifications to become completely familiar with the project.
• Complete sub evaluations of bids, scope review, and complete buyout.
• Develop and manage a project submittal log.
• Review submittals to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Distribute all punch lists and the follow-up as necessary to ensure timely completion of punch list work.
• Maintain strong relationships with client and internal employees.
