Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Procore or other project management software.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with planning and administration of construction projects.
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to meet milestones.
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Projects - D.C. will be responsible for:

Profile

The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Projects - D.C. should have:

  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in Procore or other project management softwares
  • Strong organizational, anylatical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
