Responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings, assisting with schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires 3–5 years of construction experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction experience.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Team player with strong leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Healthcare, public agency or aviation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings, submittals, blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Assist in creating construction project schedules.
• Direct and oversee subcontractors and deliveries.
• Compile and track all project documentation.
• Coordinate work of numerous subcontractors, manage submittals, RFIs, requisitions and change orders.
