The Rudolph Libbe Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate for our Walbridge, Ohio office. This role supports the accounting department with AR processing, invoicing, deposits, and collections.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting background, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong communication with customers and colleagues. Responsibilities include maintaining AR records, ensuring contract terms align with billings, and assisting with monthly and quarterly reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Job cost experience and knowledge of construction contracts and progress billings preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years accounts receivable experience in construction.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions including project invoices.
• Track and apply customer deposits.
• AR billing and collections.
• Maintain historical records, AR files, and current customer contacts.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues including T&M review.
• Organize project files and billing documentation.
• Ensure contract terms match billings.
• Process and track lien waivers.
• WIP review with project managers.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, yearly, and project reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and coworkers to resolve issues.
• Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as requested.
