Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to research account discrepancies and determine appropriate solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Monitor accounts receivable activity and maintain accurate customer account records.
• Review aging reports and follow up on past-due balances.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, shortages, and overpayments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate outstanding balances.
• Process credits and account adjustments when appropriate.
• Assist with daily transaction reconciliation and related accounting activities.
• Support the setup and maintenance of new customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Provide regular updates regarding outstanding receivables and account concerns.
• Assist accounting leadership with reporting, reconciliations, and other departmental needs.
