The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AR, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in construction or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction billing procedures and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing the entire accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
• Preparing and sending invoices to clients promptly and accurately.
• Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Resolving billing discrepancies and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Conducting credit checks on new clients and making recommendations on credit limits.
• Generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status on a regular basis.
• Collaborating closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures and policies within the accounts receivable department to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Conducting account audits regularly to ensure compliance and accuracy.
