Batchelor & Kimball Georgia Main Office is seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to support AR and billing activities for construction projects. You will ensure accurate invoicing, manage change orders, and help with reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AR and Billing processes or similar functions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction office environment.
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel, Access and Word to streamline processes.
• Customer service oriented and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist in accurate and timely job setup.
• Create, modify, and maintain job billing templates.
• Process change orders and attach supporting documentation to job profiles.
• Record labor rate changes as applicable.
• Complete job billings and pay applications timely with notarization as required.
• Monitor AR aging to minimize underbillings and ensure collections.
