Job summary

Millworks by Design seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee billing and collections for high-end millwork projects. You will coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and maintain audit-ready records across multiple active jobs.

This role requires at least 2 years of construction AR billing experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction AR billing experience (AIA, retainage, lien waivers).
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and ERP systems; Excel expertise essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly progress billings and pay applications on time.
• Track aging, cash flow, and collections across active projects.
• Manage retainage tracking and lien waivers; ensure compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain financial visibility and project profitability.
• Support audit requests with clear documentation and explanations.
