Responsibilities

• Progress Billing & AIA: prepare and submit monthly client invoices.
• Project Documentation: track lien waivers and compliance docs.
• Change Order Management: update billing for approved changes.
• Accounts Receivable: monitor aging and follow up on late payments.
• Reconciliation: match payments to scheduling in the system.
• PM Collaboration: confirm percent complete and milestones with PMs.
• Cash Management: review banking and reconcile daily cash sheets.
• Month-End Support: assist with revenue reporting.
