Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable and billing experience.
• Strong understanding of progress billing, AIA billing, lien waivers, retainage tracking.
• CMiC experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly owner billings and progress billings.
• Track accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain retainage, contract balances, and payment applications.
