• Experience with LMS for tracking, reporting and training delivery.
• Ability to create, edit, and deliver digital training materials.
• Strong computer literacy and digital communication.
• Ability to work in person and remotely after 90 days.
• Knowledge of administrative policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of time reporting policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of electronic file storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of Construction Apprenticeship Program operations.
• Oversee or perform apprentice enrollment, registration, and application processing.
• Track apprentice ratios, assignments, and compliance with program requirements.
• Assist in designing and developing training content, instructional materials, and process guides.
• Track and record training completion for staff and craft workers.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
• Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
• Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee record.
