The role involves classroom instruction, hands-on training, apprenticeship development, NCCER testing, and workforce development initiatives. Qualifications

• Experience in construction and/or maintenance at supervisory level.
• Strong knowledge of craft construction practices, field operations, and jobsite environments.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, apprenticeship and workforce development.
• Ability to deliver technical information in classroom and hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and craft training in classroom and jobsite settings.
• Develop courses aligned with ISC's Workforce Development program.
• Provide hands-on instruction, coaching, and guidance to craft professionals.
• Maintain training materials and instructional guides.
• Track Associate progress and support NCCER testing and assessments.
