Black & Veatch is seeking a Construction Craft Training Coordinator to support apprenticeship programs across multiple sites, including Houston. You will help manage enrollments, tracking, scheduling, and training content development.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and on-site collaboration with field teams. The position requires prior experience with apprenticeships or related programs, strong MS Office skills, LMS familiarity, and the ability to work both on-site and remotely when

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience required.
• Experience with open shop and/or union environments preferred.
• Pre-employment checks may include background, drug screen, and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of Construction Apprenticeship Program operations.
• Oversee or perform apprentice enrollment, registration, and application processing.
• Track apprentice ratios, assignments, and compliance with program requirements.
• Assist in designing training content, instructional materials, and process guides.
• Track and record training completion for staff and craft workers.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
• Work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records.
