Job summary

Quanta Craft Solutions is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of apprenticeship training at the Jason Lee Center for Craft Excellence. You will coordinate enrollment, onboarding and ongoing participation, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

You will collaborate with internal teams to manage schedules, events, and logistics, while delivering high-quality customer service to students and external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for students and customers with high service levels.
• Coordinate enrollment, onboarding and ongoing participation with complete documentation.
• Maintain records with audit-ready compliance.
• Support planning and execution of orientations, graduations and events.
• Develop and communicate training schedules across locations, coordinating resources.
• Track participation, progress and completion metrics.
• Manage requests and routing with timely follow-up and resolution.
• Coordinate materials, tools and resources for training and events.
• Provide admin and project support to leadership including reporting.
