Job summary

TEAM Construction - Las Vegas is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our in-house accounting team. This role manages the full AP cycle, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and statement reconciliations within a construction setting in our Las Vegas office.

You will support project budgets, Schedule of Values, and AIA billing, maintain audit-ready records, and collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting. In-office only.

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable experience in construction accounting.
• Knowledge of budgets, SOV, and AIA billing.
• In-office Nevada availability and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Manage vendor payments and maintain relationships.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support project budgets and cost tracking.
• Assist with SOV and AIA billing.
• Maintain audit-ready AP records.
• Collaborate with project managers and accounting team for reporting.
• Provide professional service to vendors and internal teams.
• Work in Nevada, 40 hours/week, in-office.
