Qualifications

• 3+ years of AP, bookkeeping, or accounting operations.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Concur Expense/Invoice or similar.
• Knowledge of AP controls and treasury functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle AP processing for invoices, subcontractors, and expenses.
• Manage vendor onboarding, compliance, and inquiries.
• Monitor treasury activities, cash positioning, reconciliations, and payments.
• Collaborate with project teams to code invoices and allocate costs.
• Mentor and develop an AP team member.
• Support reporting, cash flow analysis, and process improvements.
