Job summary

CFS in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to take ownership of a critical function while gaining exposure to treasury and cash management. You will interact directly with senior leadership, including the VP of Accounting & Finance, and mentor a junior AP team member.

You'll manage full-cycle AP, support treasury operations, administer Concur Expense and Invoice, and build strong vendor relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounts Payable or related finance function.
• Knowledge of cash management and financial processes.
• Experience with Concur or similar expense management software.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Monitor cash activity, support treasury operations, and perform account reconciliations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, onboarding, and issue resolution.
• Administer the Concur platform, including user support, training, and system maintenance.
• Provide guidance and oversight to one direct report within the AP function.
• Partner with finance leadership on reporting, special projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
