Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, construction accounting software, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication for coordination with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: review, match, and enter vendor invoices; manage subcontractor payments and lien waivers.
• Accounts Receivable: prepare client invoices, track progress billings, follow up on overdue payments.
• Job Costing: allocate expenses to projects for accurate cost tracking.
• Financial Support: reconcile bank/credit card statements and assist with month-end reporting.
