Job summary

Bell & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team of 4+ and oversee the upkeep and maintenance of a large Senior Living campus. The role requires inspecting facilities, planning preventive maintenance, managing work orders, and supervising contractors.

Candidates should have 3+ years in a supervisory capacity and strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, steam, electrical). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and work-order systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Facilities experience in senior living preferred or a mix of commercial, institutional and multi-building residential properties.
• 3+ years within a supervisory capacity.
• Strong building systems knowledge; HVAC, plumbing, steam, electrical or construction background a plus.
