SERVPRO of Lafayette is hiring a Construction Administrator to support our reconstruction division and learn from cross‑functional teams. This role focuses on organizing project files, coordinating with customers, vendors, and insurance representatives, and ensuring schedules and budgets stay on track.

The right candidate has office experience, familiarity with construction/restoration processes, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily team huddles to discuss daily project management
• Reach out to customers regularly regarding scheduling, timelines, job progress and bookkeeping
• Learn and manage insurance company requirements and communicate with insurance personnel
• Manage Internal / External communications as needed
• Create and manage accurate digital construction job files
• Assist with project management including communications, permits, estimates, budgets, schedules, timelines
• Help onboard and manage vendors, suppliers, subcontractors
• Help manage accounts receivable and accounts payables
• Regularly meet with managers for 1:2:1 feedback session
• Have fun working with our incredible family of team members who work hard and enjoy what they do
