Job summary

SERVPRO of Perry Hall/White Marsh is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. You will lead construction teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality, timelines, and budgets align with client expectations.

Ideal candidates have restoration experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work with insurance adjusters and property owners throughout claims and rebuilding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in construction management, restoration preferred.
• Experience with insurance claims processes and teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction and restoration projects.
• Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and superintendents.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor quality control to meet plans, specs, codes, and scope.
• Coordinate with customers, adjusters, and clients throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare project documentation including photos, contracts, estimates, and change orders.
• Utilize Xactimate for estimating and job management.
• Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs with teams.
• Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and resolve issues promptly.
