The role requires strong PM experience in construction/restoration, ability to coordinate crews, subs, permits, and schedules, and to maintain budget discipline while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Local travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong history of customer service excellence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in restoration or construction is a plus.
