Job summary

SERVPRO of Lafayette is seeking a Construction Administrator to support our reconstruction division. This role will learn from and work with all divisions to implement technology and processes for managing restoration projects and helping customers navigate complex timelines.

The ideal candidate has experience in construction/restoration, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy office while upholding high standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/restoration preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily team huddles to discuss daily project management.
• Reach out to customers regarding scheduling, timelines and bookkeeping.
• Learn and manage insurance company requirements and communicate with insurance personnel.
• Create and manage accurate digital construction job files.
• Assist with project management including communications, permits, estimates, budgets, schedules and timelines.
• Help onboard and manage vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Help manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Meet with managers for regular feedback sessions.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and dependable work environment.
