Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounts payable and cash management in high-volume environment.
• Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor records.
• Support month-end close and accruals; prepare AP aging and reports.
• Record daily cash transactions and assist in cash management.
• Coordinate with project teams on payment approvals and 1099 preparation.
