Qualifications

• Invoices processing and payment understanding
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting
• Familiarity with construction industry processes beneficial
• Proficiency with MS Word and core office tools required

Responsibilities

• Process invoices with coding, verify amounts against contracts, obtain approvals and ensure accuracy of support.
• Prepare weekly payment register, verify accuracy and secure Controller approval before check processing.
• Distribute checks, match with documentation, release payments after lien waivers are signed.
• Expedite division manual checks for permits and special requests; meet month-end deadlines.
