Lennar is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support the accounting team at multiple Arkansas-based communities. The role involves processing invoices, managing vendor information, and ensuring timely payments for construction projects.
The ideal candidate has at least two years in AP, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Word/Excel; JD Edwards experience is a plus. This is an in-person position with regular hours and site presence.

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for providing accounting support, including managing accounts payable, making journal entries, processing vendor checks, and handling various office administrative duties for the accounting department.
Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. The job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
