In this hands-on role you will manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable, process 15–25 invoices per day, issue checks, assist with payment tracking, and support AIA billing for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience including AP/AR, billing and reporting.
• Office environment experience.
• Strong phone communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Experience with AIA billing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable, entering invoices, processing payments, and keeping records.
• Process 15–25 invoices per day received via email.
• Prepare and issue checks, deposits, and assist with payment tracking.
• Support billing activities, including AIA billing for construction projects.
• Prepare accounting reports and provide updates on financial activity.
• Assist with reconciliation and general accounting tasks as needed.
• Answer calls and communicate professionally about billing, insurance questions, and account inquiries.
• Maintain documentation in the accounting system.
