Responsibilities

• Manage construction accounting activities across multiple projects.
• Process construction invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Perform job cost coding and monitor project costs.
• Administer accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Review COIs, lien waivers, and vendor documentation.
• Track paid-when-paid requirements and assist with month-end close.
