You will oversee detailers and leads, drive redlining, BIM coordination, and RFIs, while ensuring adherence to CEI standards and schedules. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Electrical License or Certificate.
• 15+ years in the electrical trade.
• 5+ years detailing with Bluebeam Revu.
• 4+ years with Navisworks Manage.

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability design across multiple projects.
• Review contract drawings and generate redlines and assembly sheets.
• Maintain Redline Drawing log and constructability deliverables.
• Collaborate with PM, field ops, BIM, procurement, and vendors.
• Develop estimates and resources for constructability.
• Manage weekly Issue Log meetings and RFIs.
