Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. seeks a Manager, Constructability - Modular - Data Center to lead constructability design across data center projects.

You will oversee Constructability Leads and Detailers, driving adherence to CEI standards and generating clear field-ready redlines, BIM models, and procurement inputs. This role requires extensive electrical trade experience, senior detailing skills in Bluebeam Revu and Navisworks, and strong collaboration with PM, field ops, BIM, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Electrical License or Certificate.
• 15+ years of experience in the electrical trade.
• 5+ years of experience with Bluebeam Revu.
• 4+ years of experience with Navisworks Manage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Constructability SOW checklists and Redline Drawing log.
• Populate BIM Hub with redlines and assemblies; assign hours.
• Develop Constructability estimates and resource plans.
• Review specs and submittals; document issues in Issues Log.
• Schedule and lead weekly Issue Log meetings.
• Assist project management with RFIs and supporting documents.
• Ensure CEI Installation Standards and document control compliance.
• Collaborate with PM, field ops, BIM, and other departments.
