Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Manager, Constructability - Modular - Data Center to lead constructability efforts on data center projects.

This role oversees Constructability Leads and Detailers, ensuring alignment with CEI standards and providing clear directions for field execution. You will mentor the team, develop estimates, and maintain documentation while coordinating with PMs, BIM, and field operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; valid electrical license or certificate preferred.
• 15+ years in the electrical trade; 5+ years detailing with Bluebeam Revu.
• Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360, and construction cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Constructability Team during design with redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets.
• Maintain Redline Drawing log and Constructability SOW checklists.
• Coordinate with PM, field ops, BIM, and prefabrication teams.
• Develop constructability estimates and resource requirements.
• Schedule weekly Issue Log meetings and manage RFIs.
• Review contract drawings and ensure constructible designs.
• Update BIM Hub with deliverables and hours.
