Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Constructability - Modular - Data Center to lead constructability during the design phase for modular data center projects.

You will oversee Leads and Detailers, ensure adherence to CEI standards, and coordinate closely with project management, BIM, and field teams. The role requires extensive electrical trade experience and hands-on use of Bluebeam Revu, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud to deliver constructible designs and actionable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid electrical license or certificate.
• 15+ years in the electrical trade.
• 5+ years in electrical detailing with Bluebeam Revu.
• 4+ years in Navisworks Manage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Constructability Leads and Detailers across projects.
• Train, mentor, and enforce CEI standards and redlining protocols.
• Prepare constructability SOW checklists and redline logs.
• Coordinate with BIM, project management, field operations, and vendors.
• Develop constructability estimates and schedules; manage RFIs.
