California Conservation Corps is seeking a Conservationist Supervisor to lead center operations in San Luis Obispo, manage staff and Corpsmembers, and connect environmental project work with youth mentorship.

The role requires readiness to deploy crews statewide during emergencies, manage local budgets, and develop leaders for future CCC projects. Office-based, with flexible hours and in-office requirements.
