SBA Communications Corporation is seeking a Program Manager, Connectivity Solutions, to coordinate complex projects across Sales Operations, Engineering, and Legal teams. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and maintain high-quality standards while building relationships with internal and external partners.

You will develop proposals, manage scope, and monitor progress, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and alignment to strategic goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or telecom/network projects.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Business Development for Managed Services.
• Experience with Wi-Fi, LTE, and Wireless Transport Networks preferred.
• Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute proposals for multiple interrelated projects.
• Lead intake meetings to align scope for DAS/WiFi projects.
• Create scope of work from intake notes and requirements.
• Coordinate activities to align with business goals.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure effective cross-functional communication and timely project delivery.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Track performance metrics and report to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Foster a high-performing project team environment.
• Produce accurate financial models and high-quality proposals.
