Job summary

Sibros is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of connectivity software programs in telematics, OTA, data platform, and connected vehicle features. This role requires coordinating embedded, backend, cloud, and mobile teams, managing suppliers and customers, and ensuring on-time, quality releases with strong customer relationships.

The position demands 8+ years of software program management experience, Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering or CS, and fluent

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software program or project management experience.
• Experience in automotive connectivity, telematics, IoT, or SDV domains preferred.
• Fluent Japanese communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Sibros connectivity software programs from planning to production release.
• Build and track schedules, milestones, and dependencies across software, validation, and integration teams.
• Coordinate engineering delivery across embedded, backend, cloud, and mobile teams; track readiness and validation progress.
• Drive release readiness and version management for software updates and customer testing.
• Manage suppliers and partners; conduct technical and program reviews to ensure quality and delivery.
• Serve as single point of contact for customer program coordination and risk assessment.
