Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Program Manager (Q-Systems: Connectivity) to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities across multiple campuses. You will interact with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers and data center operations daily to ensure alignment with design documents and project goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating network infrastructure deployments, managing scopes, schedules and budgets, and delivering updates for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in technology, engineering or construction management.
• 8–10+ years delivering mission-critical data center facilities.
• Experience managing technology design, implementation and project management.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for executive updates and Excel for budgets.
• U.S. Citizenship may be required by federal contracts.
• Up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, pre-construction and construction activities for Q-Systems: Connectivity projects across multiple campuses.
• Provide program-level support for network infrastructure deployments.
• Coordinate with network and technology teams to meet facility needs.
• Develop and manage scopes of work, procurement and cost estimates.
• Create updates for executive reviews and communicate project status.
