Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Connected Services Field Coach to act as a trusted advisor, delivering hands-on coaching and data-driven guidance to maximize connected services performance at assigned dealerships.

You will partner with dealership leadership, provide ongoing support, and drive measurable improvements in activation, sales, and customer engagement through strategic coaching and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive, coaching or consulting.
• Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel – 80% travel; local 2-4 days/week, Fridays admin days.
• Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-impact coaching sessions focused on connected services sales, activation, and customer support.
• Train dealership personnel on effective utilization of the Dealer Rewards Portal and OTP opportunities.
• Lead Monthly Performance Reviews with client Zone Teams, sharing best practices and progress.
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual dealership visits to provide ongoing support and coaching.
• Analyze dealership performance metrics to identify trends and recommend actions to increase activation and OTP sales.
• Coach dealership teams on proven sales and customer engagement techniques to drive success.
• Collaborate with client field representatives to align coaching with regional objectives.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree preferred
