Job summary

MSX International seeks a Connected Services Field Coach to serve as a trusted advisor to assigned dealerships. You will drive activation, teach staff on selling and supporting connected vehicle services, and collaborate with leadership to optimize processes.

Role requires hands-on coaching, data-driven insights, and frequent travel. You will monitor progress, share best practices, and help dealerships achieve measurable improvements in customer engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in automotive, coaching or consulting.
• Strong understanding of connected services.
• Strong coaching skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-impact coaching sessions focused on connected services sales, activation, and customer support.
• Partner with dealership leadership to optimize connected services processes.
• Train dealership personnel on Dealer Rewards Portal and OTP opportunities.
• Lead Monthly Performance Reviews with client Zone Teams, sharing best practices.
• Monitor activation and sales goals; develop action plans to address gaps.
• Provide regular updates to program leadership on dealership performance and opportunities.
