Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor – Key Carrier to lead a dynamic front-end team, oversee cashiering, returns, and storewide customer service excellence, including e-commerce support, with opening/closing duties.

You will guide daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, supervise associates, and partner with management on pricing, signage, and store standards while promoting safety and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma and/or GED
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience in a work environment

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the store effectively
• Manage cashiering, returns, and cash office functions
• Lead front-end and inventory accuracy; supervise associates
• Oversee inventory management and pricing changes
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines
• Assist customers with product selection and questions
• Partner with management on SKU creation, markdowns and signage
• Ensure adherence to customer service SOPs and safety procedures
