Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team at the San Antonio store.

You will oversee cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory control, and e-commerce support while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate has 1+ year supervisory or 4 years of customer service experience, with strong communication and organizational skills and a high school diploma or GED.

• This position requires supervisory experience or at least 4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with cashiering, returns, and front-end operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and related to the front end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory management and ensure store SKU pricing accuracy.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates, pricing, and store communications.
• Coordinate with management on product availability and returns.
• Supervise e-commerce inventory coordination and storage practices.
