Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates in a store setting in San Antonio, TX. You will manage cashiering, returns, cash office tasks, and inventory, while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will ensure compliance with SOPs, oversee pricing/signage, and support the e-commerce team on inventory availability. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of all customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out).
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the tracking system.
• Audit shipping/receiving and inventory control reports weekly.
• Return products to correct locations after returns.
• Open/close the store as needed.
