Job summary

Phizenix Inc. is seeking a Confluence Solution Architect (French-speaking) to lead discovery workshops, design a scalable Confluence setup, and plan Cloud migrations. The role involves governance, app configuration, and Jira/JSM integrations, with documentation in French and English.

You will train space owners, drive user adoption through go-live, and report weekly on progress, risks and key decisions. Remote work is supported for a US-based team.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written), plus professional English.
• 5+ years of hands-on Confluence experience at a senior admin, consultant or architect level.
• Proven track record in Confluence information architecture and governance design.
• Experience with Confluence Cloud, including Data Center/Server to Cloud migrations using the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA).
• Strong knowledge of Confluence permissions, spaces, templates, macros and Atlassian Cloud administration.
• Consulting skills: running workshops, managing stakeholders, writing clear documentation.
