Job summary

Phizenix Inc. is seeking a Confluence Solution Architect fluent in French to lead discovery, design and governance for Confluence projects in a remote setting.

You will run French-language workshops, define space structures, templates, permissions and naming conventions, plan CCMA migrations, configure apps, train admins and report weekly progress to the project lead. This role requires strong Atlassian know-how and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French with professional English.
• 5+ years hands-on Confluence experience at senior admin/architect level.
• Proven information architecture and governance design in Confluence.
• Experience with Confluence Cloud migrations using CCMA.
• Strong knowledge of Confluence permissions, spaces, templates, macros, and Atlassian Cloud admin.
• Consulting skills: workshops, stakeholder management, clear documentation.

• Run discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders (in French) to understand current Confluence use, pain points and goals.
• Design the target Confluence setup: space structure, page hierarchy, templates, permissions model and naming conventions.
• Plan and lead the Confluence Cloud migration or restructure, including app assessment, macro fixes, and user/group cleanup.
• Define a governance framework: space ownership, content lifecycle, archiving rules and admin roles.
• Configure Confluence and key Marketplace apps, and set up integrations with Jira/JSM where needed.
• Write architecture and design documents, runbooks and handover materials in French (and English if needed).
• Train space owners and admins, and support adoption through go-live.
• Report progress, risks and decisions to the project lead each week.

Required skills

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written), plus professional English
• 5+ years of hands-on Confluence experience at a senior admin, consultant or architect level
• Proven track record in Confluence information architecture and governance design
• Experience with Confluence Cloud, including Data Center/Server to Cloud migrations using the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA)
• Strong knowledge of Confluence permissions, spaces, templates, macros and Atlassian Cloud administration
• Consulting skills: running workshops, managing stakeholders, writing clear documentation

Nice to have

• Atlassian certifications (Confluence or Cloud admin)
• Experience at an Atlassian Solution Partner
• Experience with Marketplace apps such as Comala, Scroll, draw.io/Gliffy and ScriptRunner
