Responsibilities

  • Conduct conflicts research and analysis to identify ethical and business-related conflicts of interest.
  • Verify search accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
  • Prepare clear written analyses to assist attorneys in evaluating conflicts.
  • Support business intake processing and complete matter intake forms.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with attorneys and colleagues.
  • Collaborate on time-sensitive pre-engagement and restructuring matters.
  • Maintain responsive communication via department emails.
  • Represent the department as a point of contact for guidance on conflicts and intake.
  • Improve processes and technology to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
  • Assist in training and onboarding department team members.
  • Participate in special initiatives supporting departmental goals.
